We will be honoring University of Hawaii Athletic's Director Jim Donovan.

42nd Annual St Patrick's Day Parade - Kalakaua Ave, St Patrick's Day, March 17th - 12 Noon

We need some Volunteers to help us kick off the longest-running parade in Waikiki.
We need organizers to work under Jim Murphy's direction. Jim has stepped up to organize the Parade as Chairman.
Help us out and have some fun. We want all who can to march in the Parade. We will be marching as a unit
wearing white and green. If you need shirts, they are available at our Membership meeting.

For those who can't march, we have 2 trolleys in the parade leaving from Kelley O'Neil's and the Irish Rose Saloon.

The Post-Parade Party will be at Kelley O'Neil's with Live Irish music by Celtic Waves and more.

Corned Beef and Cabbage and Guinness will be the order of the day.
If you can help out contact Rosanne at lokeana@hotmail.com

Friday March 27th

Switchback Concert

Friday, March 27th
at the Irish Rose Saloon
478 Ena Rd 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
$10 Cover charge
all going to FOSP and the Celtic Center

Switchback was named the Irish Music Duo of 2008 by the Irish Music Association.

If you missed last year's concert, you missed
a GREAT CONCERT!!!

We know you can see them outside at the Scottish Festival but everybody's complaint there is "where's the beer?!!"

Well, we got Guinness on board with us to provide everybody
the chance to see Marty and Brian.

Our own Doolin' Rakes is playing behind them from 9:30 pm - 1:30 am.

Parking available at the Eaton Square Public Lot for $6 in advance when entering.

Tell your friends and family to come on out and enjoy some rollicking Irish Music!

We need the financial support to continue bringing you a full year
of events. (This event is for 21 years old and over. The Irish Rose Saloon does not support the current Smoking Ban.)

Saturday April 18th

April Meeting
Irish Whiskey Tasting
and Father Rubie's 80th Birthday

Saturday, April 18th at O'Toole's Celtic Room - 3:30 pm.

It may sound redundant to Celebrate Father Rubie's birthday and have
a whiskey tasting on the same occasion but we know it is appropriate.
Come out to the meeting with the largest attendance last year. (I wonder why.)

Last year we had 11 different whiskies starting with poteen and finishing
with Midleton.
